Safeguarding

At Bedlington Station Primary School, keeping our children safe and happy is at the heart of everything we do. We want all our pupils to feel secure, cared for, and confident to learn and grow.

Safeguarding means protecting children from harm and ensuring their wellbeing in school, at home, and in the community. All our staff are trained to spot and respond to any concerns, and we work closely with families and other professionals to make sure every child gets the right support when they need it.

On this page, you’ll find all the key information about safeguarding including our policies, details of our Safeguarding Team, and guidance on what to do if you have a concern about a child’s safety.

By working together, we can make sure all children are safe and supported at school.
